Intersegmental Traction
This therapy uses a specially designed table that gently stretches and mobilizes the spine. It helps improve circulation between spinal discs, reduces stiffness, and promotes relaxation by passively moving the spine through its natural range of motion.
Electromuscular Stimulation (EMS)
EMS involves applying mild electrical impulses to targeted muscle groups. This stimulation helps reduce muscle spasms, decrease inflammation, relieve pain, and promote muscle recovery. This therapy also helps the doctors relax the patient’s muscle spasms, allowing them to perform adjustments more comfortably and effectively. Additionally, by calming tight muscles, EMS can help patients hold their adjustments longer for better long-term results.
Myofascial Release
A hands-on technique that focuses on relieving tension in the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding muscles. Myofascial release helps break up adhesions, improve flexibility, and reduce pain by targeting tight or knotted areas within soft tissues.
